Friending policy - GO AHEAD. I usually friend back if you're in the same fannish realms (mostly trek) and your journal sounds interesting.
Re fannish life, I'm a die-hard trekkie with a special heart for the pairings S/Mc (more TOS) and K/Mc (TOS and Reboot). For K/Mc I made a TOS K/Mc Mood Theme. I claimed K/Mc at fanfic 100.
I'm also dabbling in songvids which all can be found here.
